Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Clinic, super Service, kompetent, europäischer Standard und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Alles ging super entspannt von statten. Ich war schon das zweite Mal dort und bedanke mich für die überaus gute und liebevolle Behandlung bei Dr.Jenny und ihrem Team. I tool my 13 year old daughter there the other day to do a small procedure. What an amazing place. I've lived here 20 years and haven't seen such a professional place on the island. It is so friendly and so quick. Dr jenny and her team run a really impressive operation. Thank-you Dr Jenny and your team, you really provide an amazing service to the island. My husband and I were looking for a family Doctor when our son was born. We had both lost hope in allopathic medicine after having been misdiagnosed and over-prescribed so many times by Clinicians around the world. We wanted to consult a Dr with a similar philosophy of health, who saw us as people, not just as patients,or customers.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this with Dr Jenny at Urban Care. The team at Urban Care are as competent as they are compassionate, and use a holistic framework to analyse the bigger picture. They encourage you to make dietary, environmental or lifestyle changes before readily prescribing pills. This gives me the confidence that they are genuinely concerned with improving my overall wellness.

The Drs at Urban Care supported our family through an extremely difficult emergency with our son when he was under the age of 1. We felt very informed, cared for and involved in the decision making process with regards to the diagnosis.

As a family we travel the world, and if medical emergencies arise we often consult the team at Urban Care to cross-reference Information and understand the problem better. The Patient Portal (online platform for your medical history) is user-friendly and especially useful when making claim applications to your insurance provider. The administration team at Urban Care also readily provide additional medical reports and necessary information to ensure you have the documentation required for reimbursement.

For the last 3 years Urban clinic has been my physician of choice during my pregnancy, for my overall health and for advice on medical issues, and medicine treatment (if we unexpectedly or out of emergency need to visit another hospital) in Zanzibar.

Urban Care has helped me and my family professionally, service minded and have always been able to make a right diagnosis (which is a miracle and unique in Zanzibar). They have always given me the right medication and proper amounts to treat the problem (which again is unique in Zanzibar).

I recommend anyone and everyone to visit Urban Care (Fumba town and Jambiani) if they need a consult or a good, professional and understanding physician. It’s the best caregiver for residents on the island, and also for tourists on the island, especially when you are pregnant or the consultation is for a child, Urban Care Clinic is the best, most careful and most experienced place to go.

Ich bin die Frau von Frank und hatte eine Galleninfektion - im Urlaub - in Afrika....Ich wolle auf keinen Fall damit in´s Krankenhaus. Ich bin ehrlich, ich hatte Vorunteile. Nun, es kam alles ganz anders. Mein Mann brachte mich zu Dr. Jenny und ich wurde soooo gut betreut und beraten, dass ich hier 10 von 5 Sternen vergebe :-))).
3 Tage war ich in Fumba Town in der Urban Clinic und wurde wunderbar rundum, Tag und Nacht betreut.
So schön war auch, dass für meinen Schatz Frank auch ein Bett in meinem Zimmer aufgestellt wurde, so war ich nicht allein im Zimmer und konnte so noch viel schneller wieder gesund werden.
Tausend Dank also noch einmal an dieser Stelle an Dr. Jenny aus Deutschland, Schwester Renata aus den Niederlanden, Nachtschwester Pende aus Tansania und Maalou aus Dänemark.
Bei Euch lieben, herzlichen Menschen habe ich mich wirklich richtig wohl gefühlt.
Herzliche Grüße von Berlin nach Sansibar. Wir kommen Euch besuchen, wenn wir wieder nach Sansibar fliegen, auch wenn wir super gesund sind.
